01、團隊簡介

北京科技大學材料科學與工程學科始建于1952年,師資力量雄厚。現(xiàn)有全職中國科學院/工程院院士4人、加拿大工程院院士 2人,教育部人才計劃、國家自然科學基金杰出青年基金獲得者等國家級人才30人,國家重大人才計劃青年項目入選者27人。材料學科科研實力強勁,F(xiàn)依托學科建有包括新金屬材料全國重點實驗室、鋼鐵共性技術協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、國家材料服役安全科學中心、國家材料腐蝕與防護科學數(shù)據(jù)中心等12個國際/國家級平臺,北京市材料智能技術重點實驗室等25個省部級平臺/機構(gòu)。

北京科技大學材料科學與工程學院王魯寧教授團隊現(xiàn)有教授、副教授 10 余人,國家級人才 1 人,國家級青年人才 5 人。團隊主要圍繞1)先進生物醫(yī)用材料設計、制備、表面改性及生物醫(yī)學應用、2)材料力學行為、腐蝕服役損傷機制與防護、3)材料服役高通量表征技術、4)先進能源材料等領域開展基礎性研究和應用探索,承擔多項科技部項目重點研發(fā)計劃、國家自然科學基金重點項目、聯(lián)合基金、面上項目、青年項目,以及相關橫向項目等,發(fā)表多篇研究論文和著作,部分成果得到轉(zhuǎn)化應用。

該團隊現(xiàn)面向高校、科研院所招聘博士后1-2名。歡迎有志于從事金屬材料力學及耐蝕協(xié)同設計、可控降解、相關轉(zhuǎn)化應用等方向的研究人員加入!

02、基本條件

1. 招聘方向:

(1)輕質(zhì)金屬高強耐蝕協(xié)同設計;

(2)金屬材料微區(qū)腐蝕和開裂機制;

(3)金屬材料腐蝕服役壽命預測;

(4)電化學儲能材料研發(fā)(微型水系鋅電池)。

2. 應聘條件:

(1)具有材料學或相關專業(yè)博士學位或即將取得博士學位;

(2)熟悉腐蝕電化學多模態(tài)原位表征、多物理場模擬、或機器學習等;

(3)道德品質(zhì)良好,認真負責,工作踏實,有團隊協(xié)作精神;

(4)具有較強的英文論文讀寫和表達能力。

3. 崗位職責:

(1)協(xié)助實驗室的運行與管理;

(2)開展與課題相關的科研工作;

(3)協(xié)助指導本科生和研究生。

01 Introduction to the School of Materials Science and Engineering and Professor Luníng Wang's Team

The discipline of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) was established in 1952 and boasts a strong faculty team. There are currently 4 full-time academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Engineering, 2 academicians of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, 30 national-level talents including winners of the Ministry of Education Talent Program and National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and 27 winners of the National Major Talent Program for Young Talents. The Materials discipline has strong research capabilities, with 12 international/national-level platforms such as the State Key Laboratory for New Metallic Materials, Collaborative Innovation Center for Common Technologies of Steel, National Center for Materials Service Safety Science, and National Data Center for Materials Corrosion and Protection Science, as well as 25 provincial and ministerial-level platforms/institutions including the Beijing Key Laboratory of Material Intelligence Technology.

Professor Luníng Wang’s team at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, USTB, currently has more than 10 professors and associate professors, including 1 national-level talent and 5 national-level young talents. The team focuses on four main research areas: (1) design, preparation, surface modification, and biomedical applications of advanced biomaterials; (2) mechanical behavior of materials, corrosion service damage mechanism and protection; (3) high-throughput characterization technology for materials service; (4) advanced energy materials. The team undertakes several major national projects, including key research and development programs from the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation key projects, joint funds, general projects, youth projects, and related horizontal projects, and has published many research papers and monographs, with some results already transformed and applied.

The team is currently recruiting 1-2 postdoctoral researchers from universities and research institutes. We welcome researchers interested in synergistic design of mechanical and corrosion resistance of metallic materials, controllable degradation, and related applied research to join us!

02 Basic Requirements

Recruitment directions:

(1) Synergistic design of high-strength and corrosion-resistant lightweight metals;

(2) Mechanisms of localized corrosion and cracking in metallic materials;

(3) Service life prediction of metallic materials under corrosion.

Application requirements:

(1) Possess or soon to obtain a Ph.D. degree in materials science or a related field;

(2) Familiar with corrosion electrochemical multimodal in-situ characterization, multiphysics field simulation, or machine learning;

(3) Good moral character, responsible, diligent, with strong team spirit;

(4) Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

(1) Assist in laboratory operation and management;

(2) Carry out scientific research related to the project;

(3) Assist in mentoring undergraduates and graduate students.

03 On-Station Benefits

In addition to the university’s basic salary, additional support is provided by the supervising professor, with no upper limit;
