Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence for GTIIT. His/her role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Create engaging text, image and video content;
·Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around GTIIT;
·Create online events and activities;
·Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness, including the international social media accounts;
·Facilitate online conversations with readers and respond to queries;
·Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and student’s engagement metrics;
·Oversee social media accounts’ layout;
·Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, e.g.promotions and competitions.
Required Job Specifications
·Required qualification: Master degree or above from an internationally reputable university. Work experiences or major in translation or journalism is highly preferred;
·Work experience: 1-2 years working experience in related filed.
Required Job Competencies
·Language skills: Fluent English and Chinese;
·Organized and responsible candidates are preferred.
