Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for developing original contents for GTIIT website and other social media accounts, creating and maintaining a strong online presence for GTIIT.
Duties and Responsibilities
●Create engaging text, image and video content;
●Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around GTIIT;
●Review and update GTIIT website ensuring content accuracy and maximum effectiveness;
●Use open source software to build website with the support of IT department;
●Process posters and edit images to achieve desired publicity outcome of certain events;
●Help with office translation and complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
●Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
Required Job Specifications
●Required qualification: Master’s degree from an internationally reputable university. Candidates with scientific backgrounds or major in journalism will be preferred.
●Required experience: Relevant working experiences is highly preferred.
Required Job Competencies
●Fluent English and Chinese.
●Good news writing and translation skills.
●Required proficiency in processing soft wares, e.g. WordPress, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
●Team spirits, able to cooperate with others.
●Creative thinking.
