Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of national and international research grants. He/ She shall provide support for the PI and research groups, guide and help personal and group grant applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
●Responsible for research funding management, including formulating essential rules and relevant regulations, and following up the progress of all research projects;
●Translate and organize relevant documents;
●Guide and help grant applications;
●Provide support for GTIIT national and international collaboration research groups;
●Take part in RIGS office duties.
Required Job Specifications
●Required qualification: Bachelor degree or above in Engineering/Science/English.
●Required work experience: Knowledge of Chinese research funding system and regulations; preferably 5-7 years' experience in research grants administration.
Required Job Competencies
●Proficient in English and Chinese;
●Good planning and organizing skills;
●Good official document writing skills;
●Good communication and collaboration skill.
