Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for managing payments, controlling cash flow and handling tax affairs, as well as managing financial billings.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage cash and deposits to ensure sound cash flow;
· Complete and declare tax timely and accurately, manage financial billings;
· Maintain good relations with banks, tax bureau and other third parties;
· Taking faculties and teachers to tax office for handling tax affairs;
· Oversee cash management and e-payment module in Oracle system;
· Prepare bank reconciliations and assist finance manager in preparing financial reports on a regular basis;
· Assist on other financial matters when necessary.
Required Job Specifications
· Required qualification: Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting and/or finance from an internationally recognized university;
· Work experience: More than 2 years working experience in tax-related field;
· Solid knowledge on individual income tax and international taxation is preferred.
Required Job Competencies
· Language skills: fluent in Chinese and English;
· Organized and responsible candidates are preferred.
