01課題組簡介：

陸鳳，揚州大學(xué)研究員，博士，博士生導(dǎo)師。江蘇省“333工程”、六大高峰高層次人才，揚州大學(xué)高端人才（拔尖人才）項目入選者。擔(dān)任Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology、Molecules等雜志的特邀編輯。作為主要參與人，獲江蘇省科技進步二等獎、安徽省科技進步二等獎、江蘇省醫(yī)學(xué)新技術(shù)引進二等獎、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會及江蘇省醫(yī)學(xué)會青年科技獎等10余個科研獎勵。

研究團隊長期從事病原體宿主互作及機制研究，主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目（2項）、科技部外專項目（2項）、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金等各級各類課題10余項，在New England Journal of Medicine、Plos Pathogens、Parasites & vectors等國內(nèi)外主流刊物上發(fā)表論文70余篇。

03博后待遇及相關(guān)要求

應(yīng)聘者年齡需在35周歲以下，近期獲得博士學(xué)位（博士畢業(yè)一般不超過3年）；具有基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、細胞生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、病原生物學(xué)等專業(yè)背景，能獨立開展相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)研究。近三年內(nèi)以第一作者發(fā)表較高質(zhì)量SCI論文1篇及以上。

招聘全職博士后1-2名，工作年薪25-35萬元，在站期間的研究成果按學(xué)校規(guī)定享受科研獎勵，單位統(tǒng)一繳納“五險一金”。出站時達到相應(yīng)標準，可根據(jù)揚州大學(xué)相關(guān)文件可聘為副教授或講師。

01 Research Group Introduction

Feng Lu is a researcher, Ph.D., and doctoral supervisor at Yangzhou University. She has been selected for prestigious talent programs, including the Jiangsu Provincial "333 Project," the "Six Peaks High-Level Talent" initiative, and Yangzhou University’s High-Level Talent Program. Prof. Lu serves as a Guest Editor for journals such as Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology and Molecules. She has received over 10 research awards, including provincial science and technology progress awards and youth science and technology awards from the Chinese Medical Association.

The team focuses on pathogen-host interactions and mechanisms. Prof. Lu has led more than 10 research projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Ministry of Science and Technology's Foreign Experts Program, and the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. She has published over 70 papers in leading journals such as New England Journal of Medicine, PLoS Pathogens, and Parasites & Vectors.

03 Postdoctoral Fellowship Benefits and Requirements

The applicant, generally no more than 35 years old, hold a recently awarded Ph.D. degree (typically within the past three years), and possess an academic background in disciplines such as basic medicine, cell biology, bioinformatics, or pathogenic biology. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to conduct independent research in relevant fields. Additionally, at least one first-authored, high-quality SCI-indexed paper published within the last three years is required.

We are recruiting 1-2 full-time postdoctoral researchers with an annual salary range of RMB 250,000–350,000. In addition to statutory benefits (social insurance and housing fund contributions as per national standards), research achievements during the appointment will qualify for performance-based bonuses under university regulations. Candidates who meet the university’s academic criteria upon completing their postdoctoral term may be offered faculty positions (associate professor or lecturer) in accordance with Yangzhou University’s employment policies.
