Senior Postdoctoral Researcher in Immunoinformatics

We are looking for a senior postdoctoral researcher to join the small-molecule drug discovery section of the Oxford Protein Informatics group ( https:// opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/). The post holder will also be part of the Research Informatics group at the Centre for Medicines Discovery, giving access to the structural and chemical biology expertise and opportunities to work with CAIPM researchers. The CAIPM is a collaborative cross-disciplinary centre combining leading scientists from the University of Oxford and King Abdulaziz University. The CAIPM aims to utilise AI (Artificial Intelligence) and machine learning to identify novel targets in diseases of unmet need.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a large dynamic multidisciplinary team aiming to develop medicines against novel targets.
We need you to either hold a Ph.D/D.Phil with significant post-qualification research experience in computational chemistry, structural biology/bioinformatics, statistics, machine learning, computer science or mathematics or other relevant area. You will have programming experience in machine learning. Your track record will include applying computational methodology to complex problems.
We are seeking an outstanding individual who has the potential to become a leader in the field of immunoinformatics and who would like to work in an exciting dynamic research group.
