Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the educational affairs of the undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including but not limited to curriculum and education management and student activities coordination;
2. Providing secretarial support to some committees, including meeting supports, reports writing, data analytics and management;
3. Liaising with Registry Office, Schools and other university’s departments;
4. Supervising staff;
5. Undertaking other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher, at least 5 years’ working experience, preferably at tertiary education institutions;
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and task-management skills, as well as good analytical abilities;
3. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
4. A strong sense of responsibility and initiative, under tight timelines;
5. Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK(SZ) and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labour laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
