Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of national and international research grants. He/ She shall provide support for the PI and research groups, guide and help personal and group grant applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Responsible for research funding management, including formulating essential rules and relevant regulations, and following up the progress of all research projects;
·Translate and organize relevant documents;
·Guide and help grant applications;
·Provide support for GTIIT national and international collaboration research groups;
·Take part in RIGS office duties.
Required Job Specifications
·Required qualification: Bachelor degree or above in Engineering/Science/English.
·Required work experience: Knowledge of Chinese research funding system and regulations; preferably 5-7 years' experience in research grants administration.
Required Job Competencies
·Proficient in English and Chinese;
·Good planning and organizing skills;
·Good official document writing skills;
·Good communication and collaboration skill.
