一、學校概況

浙江越秀外國語學院是一所經(jīng)教育部批準的全日制本科院校。學校地處歷史文化名城——浙江紹興，地理位置優(yōu)越。從上海坐火車只需一個半小時，從杭州國際機場開車只需40分鐘即可到達。學�，F(xiàn)有稽山和鏡湖兩個校區(qū)，兩校區(qū)之間車程約25分鐘。

二、基本招聘要求和條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，身體健康，無犯罪記錄。

2.從事語言類教學的外教，原則上應從事其母語國母語教學，并取得母語國大學學士及以上學歷學位，且具有2年及以上教學工作經(jīng)驗，或取得教育類、語言類或師范類學士及以上學位，或取得所在國教師資格證書或符合要求的國際語言TEFL證書。

3.從事非語言類專業(yè)課程教學的外教，需具有碩士以上學歷學位，并具有相關專業(yè)及行業(yè)背景和工作經(jīng)驗（注：母語非英語的專業(yè)人才需提供相應教學的語言證書）

4.年齡60歲以下，符合A類人才要求的可以適當放寬年齡限制。

5.若應聘者之前有在中國執(zhí)教經(jīng)歷，其工作經(jīng)歷須滿足以下條件：

（1）在職期間服從原單位管理；

（2）無惡意離職經(jīng)歷。

6.無不適應教學工作的性格缺陷，或不良嗜好，或不適合教學工作的疾病。

四、工作量及薪資待遇

1.教學時間：每周16節(jié)課。超過規(guī)定任務的教學課時可另計報酬。

2.薪資：外教的待遇包括每月月薪、用餐補貼、機票補貼、校齡補貼等。工資標準具體按照外教專業(yè)技術職務或?qū)W歷而分類確定。外教取得學術成果，可按照相關規(guī)定另計成果獎勵。

3.住宿：學校免費提供公寓，配有基本家具和電器。

4.保險：學校將按規(guī)定為外籍教師購買商業(yè)保險。

5.假期：外籍教師有權(quán)享有學校規(guī)定的中國公共假期和寒暑假。

6.外教社區(qū)：外教社區(qū)系列活動，比如外教中文課、書法課、短期旅游等。

Zhejiang Yuexiu University 2025 Foreign Teacher Recruitment

1.School Overview

Zhejiang Yuexiu University is a full-time undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education. The university is located in the historically and culturally rich city of Shaoxing, Zhejiang, enjoying a prime geographical position. It takes only one and a half hours by train from Shanghai and about 40 minutes by car from Hangzhou International Airport to reach the campus. The university currently has two campuses: Jishan and Jinghu, which are approximately 25 minutes apart by car.

The university consists of 14 schools, including the School of English Studies, the School of Asian Studies, the School of European Studies, the School of International Business, the School of Digital Commerce, the School of Cyber Communication, the School of Chinese Studies, the School of Hospitality Management, EIT-DSCC, the School of Applied Foreign Languages, the School of Art, the School of Marxism, the School for International Chinese Programs and the School for Continuing Education.  It offers 51 undergraduate programs across six major disciplines: literature, engineering, economics, management, arts, and education.

The university provides courses in 17 foreign languages, including English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Indonesian, Thai, Czech, Turkish, Polish, Persian, and Hindi, making it the institution with the most foreign language offerings in Zhejiang Province. The university has rich resources and a strong reputation for cultivating foreign language talents. Currently, there are over 100 foreign teachers from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, South Korea and Japan.

2. Basic Recruitment Requirements and Conditions

-  Applicants must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, be in good health, and have no criminal record.

- Foreign teachers involved in language teaching should, in principle, teach their native language and possess at least a bachelor’s degree or higher from a university in their home country. They should also have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, or possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in education, language, or teaching disciplines, or hold a teaching qualification from their home country, or a recognized international language TEFL certificate.

- Foreign teachers engaged in non-language professional courses must hold a master’s degree or higher and have relevant professional and industry backgrounds and work experience. (Note: Professionals whose native language is not English must provide a relevant language teaching certificate.)

- Applicants should be under the age of 60, but age restrictions may be relaxed for candidates who meet Class A talent requirements.

- If the applicant has previously taught in China, their work experience must meet the following conditions: Compliance with the management of the original institution during their employment；No malicious resignation history.

-  Applicants must not have personality defects, bad habits, or illnesses that would be unsuitable for teaching.

- Teaching Hours: Each foreign teacher is required to teach 16 classes per week. Additional teaching hours beyond the stipulated requirement will be compensated separately.

- Salary: The salary package for foreign teachers includes a monthly salary, meal allowance, airfare reimbursement, and seniority allowance. The salary standards are determined based on the foreign teacher’s professional technical position or educational qualifications. Those who achieve academic outcomes may receive additional rewards according to relevant regulations.

- Accommodation: The university provides free apartments for teachers, equipped with basic furniture and appliances.

- Insurance: The school will purchase commercial insurance for foreign teachers as required.

- Holidays: Foreign teachers are entitled to public holidays in China as per school regulations, along with winter and summer vacations.

- Foreign Teacher Community: Activities for foreign teachers include Chinese language classes, calligraphy lessons, and short-term travel as team-building events.
