一、招聘方向（10個(gè)崗位）

教授/副教授/助理教授：

（1）設(shè)計(jì)：產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)/人性化體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)/互動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)/媒體設(shè)計(jì)/產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)（3個(gè)崗位）；

（2）機(jī)械工程：固體結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)/流體力學(xué)/流固耦合/空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)/計(jì)算力學(xué)/熱力學(xué)/傳熱（2個(gè)崗位）；

（3）智能制造：控制與優(yōu)化/機(jī)器人/工業(yè)自動(dòng)化/網(wǎng)絡(luò)物理系統(tǒng)/分布式系統(tǒng)/自主系統(tǒng)（1個(gè)崗位）；

（4）電子與電氣工程：MEMS或CMOS傳感/生物傳感/遙感/生物醫(yī)學(xué)成像/多物理/多模態(tài)傳感器仿真/機(jī)器視覺/計(jì)算成像/傳感器融合/傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)/ASIC設(shè)計(jì)/混合信號設(shè)計(jì)（1個(gè)崗位）；

Post Specification (10 posts)

Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor(Tenure track) in following areas:

(1) Design: product design/human-centered and experience design/interactive design/media design/product system design (3 posts);

(2) Mechanical Engineering: solid-structural mechanics/fluid mechanics/fluid-structure interaction/aerodynamics/computational mechanics/thermodynamics/heat transfer (2 posts);

(3) Intelligent Manufacturing: control and optimization/robotics/factory automation/cyber-physical systems/distributed systems/autonomous systems (1 post);

(4) Electrical and Electronics Engineering: MEMS or CMOS sensing/biometric sensing/remote sensing/biomedical imaging/multi-physics/multi-modal sensor simulation/machine vision/computational imaging/sensor fusion/sensor network/ASIC design/mixed signal design (1 post);

(5) Computer Engineering: computer architecture/communication and information theory/distributed systems/network optimization/machine learning/fog and edge computing/signal processing (1 post);

(6) Materials Science and Engineering: functional materials/soft materials/conducting polymer sensors/functional magnetic materials/metamaterials (1 post);

(7) System Management: management science/industrial engineering/operations research/systems and control/optimization/decision science (1 post).

崗位職責(zé)

申請人需要：

（1）以新工科教育模式，面向相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究生和本科生開展講授、實(shí)踐和輔導(dǎo)；

（2）管理本科生和研究生；

（3）在相關(guān)學(xué)科前沿開展強(qiáng)有力的科學(xué)研究，并從事其他學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)；

（4）協(xié)助學(xué)院進(jìn)行課程管理以及課程開發(fā)相關(guān)工作；

（5）執(zhí)行院長或其代表交辦的其他工作。

Duties

The appointee will be required to:

(a) conduct lectures, practical sessions and tutorials at postgraduate and undergraduate levels in related disciplines with new engineering education methodology;

(b) supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students;

(c) establish a vigorous research programme at the cutting edge of related disciplinary, and engage in other scholarly activities;

(d) contribute to school and programme administration as well as curriculum development;

(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean of School or his/her delegates.

（2）具有相關(guān)的教學(xué)科研崗位任職經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

（4）設(shè)計(jì)類職位的資格要求包括：

（a）應(yīng)征者應(yīng)具有設(shè)計(jì)碩士或博士學(xué)位；

（b）具有相關(guān)專業(yè)資格，并具有豐富的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have a PhD degree in related disciplines;

(b) have relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and research;

(c) have an excellent publication record in peer-reviewed international journals;

(d) For the posts in Design, the qualifications include:

(1) applicants should have Master's or PhD in Design;

(2) a relevant professional qualification plus extensive industrial experience in product design and development.
