Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internally and liaise externally to deal with undergraduate student affairs;
2. Work as a mentors for undergraduate students and maintain good interaction with the students;
3. Organize together with other team members student events;
4. Provide secretarial support to committees related to student affairs;
5. Provide administrative and Ad-hoc support to school office and undertake other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor or above degree, overseas higher education background would be advantages;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office and social media tools;
5. Ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks;
6. Good team player, positive and have continuous improvement mindset.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
