深圳大學(xué)2021年公開招聘教師150名。招聘分兩批進(jìn)行,首批招聘報名截止至20201215,首批招聘未招滿的崗位將進(jìn)行第二批招聘,F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項公告如下:

一、聘用崗位及待遇

本年度招聘崗位及具體要求見《深圳大學(xué)2021年引進(jìn)教師崗位計劃表》(見附件1,以下簡稱《計劃表》)。

本年度招聘的教師崗位實行預(yù)聘-長聘管理制度,部分崗位實行全職授課教師管理制度。預(yù)聘-長聘制教師崗位要求應(yīng)聘者35歲以下,學(xué)校急需引進(jìn)或特別優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)聘者可適當(dāng)放寬年齡要求,具有副高職稱者放寬至40歲;具有正高職稱者放寬至45歲。根據(jù)應(yīng)聘者實際情況,特別優(yōu)秀的可申請聘為副教授或教授。

預(yù)聘-長聘制教師薪酬待遇如下:

1.年薪3870萬元/年;特別優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)聘者可直接入選學(xué)校“3+1人才工程項目,并享受1520萬元/年的專門工作報酬;

2.享受學(xué)校青年教師科研啟動專項經(jīng)費1030萬元;

3.符合條件者,可享受深圳市高層次人才獎勵補貼和新引進(jìn)高端人才科研啟動經(jīng)費;

4.住房政策:可申請租住校內(nèi)周轉(zhuǎn)房;

5.教育配套:深圳大學(xué)附屬教育集團(tuán)旗下有幼兒園、小學(xué)、中學(xué),為教職工子女提供全體系優(yōu)質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)教育服務(wù);

6.醫(yī)療保。荷钲诖髮W(xué)總醫(yī)院為教職工提供優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)。

二、應(yīng)聘者條件及要求

1.符合本公告及《計劃表》規(guī)定的資格條件。

2.應(yīng)聘者所學(xué)專業(yè)須與計劃表中崗位要求專業(yè)一致;所學(xué)專業(yè)須與職位規(guī)定的學(xué)歷層次相對應(yīng)。

3.年齡及工作經(jīng)歷計算截止時間為20201231。

4.在應(yīng)聘者水平相當(dāng)?shù)那闆r下,本校博士后及專職研究人員優(yōu)先考慮。

三、報名時間和方式

1.報名時間:即日起至20201215。

2.報名方式:登錄深圳大學(xué)人才招聘平臺(網(wǎng)址:http://zp.szu.edu.cn/,建議使用360極速瀏覽器或谷歌瀏覽器),使用郵箱注冊賬號,收到激活郵件并激活,登錄系統(tǒng)后在招聘崗位頁面可以查看所有開放的崗位詳細(xì)信息,選中自己擬聘的崗位,點擊申請崗位,然后完善自己的簡歷信息并提交。每位應(yīng)聘者最多可以申請三個崗位。具體報名方式請參看《教職工招聘系統(tǒng)操作手冊(應(yīng)聘者)》(附件2

招聘系統(tǒng)語言為中文,外籍人士報名可將個人簡歷、應(yīng)聘崗位、聯(lián)系方式等信息發(fā)送至人力資源部郵箱:szuhr@szu.edu.cn。

四、面試

1.面試專家組

各單位應(yīng)成立面試專家組。面試專家組由各學(xué)院教授委員會代表組成,人數(shù)不得少于9人。相對獨立研究機(jī)構(gòu)參照學(xué)院方式成立面試專家組。

2.面試人選確定

各單位應(yīng)綜合考慮申請者學(xué)歷背景、工作經(jīng)歷、學(xué)術(shù)成果、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ纫蛩,確定各崗位的面試人選。每個崗位的面試人選一般不少于2人。如果報名者中沒有合適的人選,可以暫緩該崗位招聘。各單位負(fù)責(zé)通知候選人面試的時間、地點。

3.面試程序

具體程序由各單位自行確定,一般應(yīng)包括以下幾個環(huán)節(jié):

1)本學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)課程試講;

2)面試者科研及學(xué)術(shù)情況匯報;

3)專家提問;

4)專家根據(jù)面試者的試講情況、研究經(jīng)歷及成果、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ染C合打分,以所有專家平均分作為面試結(jié)果;

4.面試時須同時提交如下資料(由各單位在面試時審核材料):

1)個人簡歷;

2)身份證(復(fù)印件,驗原件);

3)學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證書(復(fù)印件,驗原件;國內(nèi)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生如尚未取得畢業(yè)證請?zhí)峁┩扑]表、成績單原件及低一級學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證書原件;海外留學(xué)回國人員需提供國家教育部認(rèn)證,如未取得認(rèn)證的請?zhí)峁┏煽儐渭熬妥x院校開具的在讀及畢業(yè)時間的證明材料);

4)個人近五年在教學(xué)科研方面的業(yè)績材料(包括但不限于項目、專利、文章、著作、作品及獲獎等);

5)有職稱的需提供專業(yè)技術(shù)資格證書;

6)證明應(yīng)聘人符合與崗位有關(guān)其他條件的材料;

7)其他獲獎、任職經(jīng)歷等證明材料(自愿提供)。

注意事項:(1)嚴(yán)格按照崗位要求報名。個人條件與應(yīng)聘崗位要求不符的,資格審查不予通過。(2)所提供材料必須齊全且保證真實,材料不齊或弄虛作假的不接受報名,其中屬弄虛作假的,將記錄在案,今后不得應(yīng)聘深圳大學(xué)任何崗位。(3)所留的聯(lián)系電話應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確無誤,確保能夠及時聯(lián)系。

五、錄取結(jié)果公布及公示。

學(xué)院人力資源工作委員會根據(jù)面試結(jié)果向?qū)W校提出建議引進(jìn)教師名單(相對獨立研究機(jī)構(gòu)參照學(xué)院方式執(zhí)行),學(xué)校人事工作教授委員會審議確定擬錄用人選。擬錄用人選經(jīng)學(xué)校審批通過后將在深圳大學(xué)人才招聘網(wǎng)站公布,公示期7天。

六、聘用

擬錄用人員經(jīng)公示,沒有投訴或經(jīng)查投訴不實或不影響聘用的,按規(guī)定在公示結(jié)束的一年內(nèi)辦理聘用手續(xù),逾期未辦理入職手續(xù)者,將視為放棄崗位,不予錄用。

Shenzhen University Talent Recruitment in 2021

Shenzhen University SZU has decided to recruit 150 teachers. The recruitment will be carried out in two rounds. The first round of recruitment will be open until December 15, 2020, and the positions not yet filled will be open in the second round. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I.Positions and Benefits

For the positions and specific requirements of this year's recruitment, please refer to Shenzhen University Teaching Position Recruitment Plan in 2021 (see Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the Plan).

Teachers recruited in 2021 will be subject to the tenure track; some positions will be subject to the management system of full-time academic faculty. The tenure track candidates should be under the age of 35, but the age requirement may be relaxed for urgently-needed or extra-special applicants. Age limits for talents with the title of associate professor and full professor can be relaxed to 40 and 45 years old respectively. Qualified candidates may be considered for appointment as Associate Professor or Full Professor.

Remuneration package for tenure track are as follows:

1.Annual salary: 380,000-700,000 yuan per year; extra-special candidates can be directly selected into the "3+1 Talent Project" of the university, and enjoy specific work remuneration of 150,000-200,000 yuan per year;

2.Enjoy the specific start-up fund for young teachers from 100,000 to 300,000 yuan;

3.Those who meet the requirements can enjoy Shenzhen's high-level talents incentive subsidies and the start-up funds for high-end talents;

4.Housing policy: can apply for transition apartments on campus;

5.Educational support: Affiliated Education Group of Shenzhen University has kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools providing comprehensive quality education services for children of faculty and staff.

6.Medical care: Shenzhen University General Hospital provides high quality medical services for faculty and staff.

II. Qualification and Requirements

1.Candidates should have the qualifications stipulated in this announcement and the Plan.

2.Candidates should have background in related disciplines as specified in the Plan and have obtained the level of education in the required major as stipulated in the Plan.

3.Only the age and work experience up to the date of December 31, 2020 will be considered for the application.

4.Postdoctoral and full-time researchers from SZU are preferred if the candidate is of the same level.

III. Application

1. Applications are open till December 5, 2020.

2.To apply, please log in the e-Recruitment system of Shenzhen University at http://zp.szu.edu.cn/ (it is recommended to use 360 speed browser or Google browser). The steps are as follows:

(1)Create a user account with your email. You will receive a system-generated email after your registration. Click the activation link in the email to activate your account.

(2)Click “Apply Now” for the position that you wish to apply and fill out the online form in details.

(3)Click "Submit Application".

Each candidate can apply for up to three positions. Please refer to Faculty Recruitment System Manual (for applicants) (Attachment 2) for further information on the online application procedures.

Because the e-Recruitment system is in Chinese, foreign applicants can send their C.V., positions that they wish to apply, and contact information to the Human Resources Department at szuhr@szu.edu.cn.

IV. Interview

1. Interview panel

Each unit will set up an interview panel consisting of no less than nine representatives from the professor committee of each school. Independent research institutions also establish an interview panel in the same way.

2. Candidates

All units will comprehensively evaluate the candidates including academic background, work experience, academic achievements and development potential. No less than two candidates should be shortlisted for the interview for each position. In the case that there is no suitable candidate among the applicants, the recruitment of the position can be suspended. Each unit is responsible for notifying the candidates of the time and venue of the interview.

3. Interview

The specific interview details are determined by each unit and should generally include the following parts:

(1) Candidates should deliver a trial lecture of the courses related to the applied position;

(2) Candidates should report his/her academic and research achievements;

(3) Candidates should respond to the questions raised by the interview panel;

(4) The interview panel will score the candidates based on the trial lecture, research experience and achievements, and development potential. The average score will become the final result of the interview.

4. Applicants should submit the following documents for review at the interview:

(1) C.V.;

(2) ID card (original copy for verification and one copy for submission);

(3) Academic and degree certificates (original copy for verification and one copy for submission; Domestic graduates who have not yet obtained the diploma should provide the recommendation form, the original transcript and the original copy of the academic and degree certificates of the last obtained degree; candidates from the overseas should provide certificates certified by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Candidates who have not obtained the certification should provide documents including the transcript, a certificate specifying his/her academic status and graduation time issued by the candidate’s institutions);

(4) Documents on the candidate’s teaching and research achievements in the past five years (including but not limited to projects, patent, paper, publication, works and awards, etc.);

(5) Professional and technical qualification certificates if any;

(6) Other supporting documents to the position;

(7) Documents on other achievements, awards and work experience (optional).

Notes: (1) Candidates must apply for the position in accordance with the requirements of the posts. Candidates who fail to meet the requirements will not be shortlisted for the interview. (2) All documents provided by the candidate must be complete and genuine. Incomplete and false documents will lead to failure in application. Falsification will be recorded and reported to the municipal personnel department, under which candidates will not be allowed for employment at Shenzhen University in the future. (3) Candidates must provide an accurate contact number so as to be reached in time.

V. Recruitment Results and Announcement

The human resources committee of each school will submit a list of qualified candidates to the University based on the interview result (same to the independent research institutions). The professor committee in charge of personnel of the University will deliberate and determine the candidates to be hired. After the approval from the University, the proposed candidates will be announced on the recruitment website for comments for 7 days.

VI. Employment

If no complaints about the proposed candidates are received or the complaints are unfounded or do not affect the employment after verification, the employment procedures will be completed within one year after the announcement. Candidates who fail to report to the University on time will be deemed as a waiver of the employment and will not be accepted.
