助理/行政助理（體測(cè)中心）
工作職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)體質(zhì)測(cè)試中心日常工作及相關(guān)宣傳；
2.起草體測(cè)組所需的文件和工作方案等；
3.負(fù)責(zé)全校大學(xué)生體測(cè)相關(guān)工作；
4.與部門(mén)內(nèi)部各組及校內(nèi)外溝通協(xié)作；
5.其他上級(jí)安排的相關(guān)工作。
崗位要求：
1.本科或以上學(xué)歷，有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
2.有一年以上在體質(zhì)測(cè)試崗位工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.具備良好的中英文寫(xiě)作及口頭表達(dá)能力；
4.具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、執(zhí)行能力及溝通協(xié)作能力；
5.具備獨(dú)立工作的能力，有一定的抗壓能力；
6.熟練使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、圖片編輯等軟件。

行政助理（行政總務(wù)）
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with ITSO and coordinating the construction of Unit’s website;
2. Maintaining the website background system and keeping updates on existing webpages;
3. Handling student-related issues;
4. Providing logistic support to major events and activities;
5. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. At least 1-year working experience in educational institution, preferably with tertiary institutions;
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and information technology;
5. Strong communication and management skills;
6. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
