中國科學院深海科學與工程研究所（以下簡稱：深海所），是中國科學院2011年批準籌建并由海南省人民政府、三亞市人民政府和中國科學院三方聯(lián)合共建的直屬中國科學院的科研事業(yè)單位。

深海所以推動國家建設海洋強國為目標，以提升我國深�？茖W研究與海洋工程技術研發(fā)實力，構(gòu)筑科學研究-工程技術-深海作業(yè)融合性體系，引領我國深�？茖W、深海技術、資源開發(fā)利用和產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展為主要任務。研究所建于美麗的海南省三亞市鹿回頭區(qū)域。

深海所深�？茖W部"地外海洋系統(tǒng)研究室"擬招聘研究助理人員2名分別參與有關流體數(shù)值與實驗模擬，以及蛋白數(shù)值模擬的研究。具體事項如下：

一、崗位職責

1.參與和完成交付的課題任務，以研究報告或?qū)W術論文的形式撰寫任務報告；

2.參與文獻收集和管理工作。

二、應聘條件

1、具有碩士學位，應屆畢業(yè)生及有工作經(jīng)驗者皆考慮；

2、流體模擬崗位：碩士研究有流體數(shù)值模擬方面的實踐經(jīng)驗，熟悉主流開源軟件；對設計和建立流體實驗有經(jīng)驗的，優(yōu)先考慮；

蛋白數(shù)值模擬崗位：碩士研究有生物計算、蛋白質(zhì)序列分析和進化等的實踐經(jīng)驗，具較高寫代碼能力；對有蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)預測和建模背景的，優(yōu)先考慮。

3、對宇宙科學、天體生物學等領域具較高興趣的，優(yōu)先考慮；

4、以第1作者在SCI期刊上發(fā)表過論文者優(yōu)先考慮；

5、英文表達、閱讀、寫作能力較強。在國際會議上作過相關報告者優(yōu)先考慮；

6、須遵守國家法律法規(guī)和研究所各項規(guī)章制度，熱愛科研工作，性格開朗，責任心強，具有求新求變和團隊合作精神。

三、聘后管理

1.設置崗位：支撐崗位

2.參照崗位系列：實驗技術系列

3.參照崗位等級：（項目）助理實驗師一級

4.首期合同聘期為2年（期滿可續(xù)簽）。試用期為2個月，試用期實行試用期工資。

5、具體工資和福利待遇按國家和中科院、研究所項目聘用人員相關規(guī)定執(zhí)行。管理按照中科院深�？茖W與工程研究所的項目聘用相關規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

Recruitment Notice for Research Assistant of the Laboratory of Extraterrestrial Ocean Systems (LEOS)

The Institute of Deep-sea Science and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IDSSE, CAS) is a scientific research institution under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, situated at Luhuitou Road of Sanya City, Hainan Province. It was approved by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011 and jointly established by the Hainan province government, the Sanya city government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

IDSSE, CAS aims to enhance research and development of deep-sea science and engineering in China, to establish a well-integrated system for scientific research, engineering and deep-sea operation, and to lead the development of deep-sea science, deep-sea technology, resource exploration and utilization, and industrialization in China.

Laboratory of Extraterrestrial Ocean Systems (LEOS) is seeking TWO research assistants to participate respectively in research on computational fluid dynamics, and protein modeling. The specific requirements are as follows:

Research Assistant

1. Job responsibilities

(1). Participate in and complete the assigned task, and document their work in the form of reports and/or academic papers.

(2). Participate in literature management and lab management.

2. Qualifications

(1) Possessing a master degree, both fresh graduates and those with working experience will be considered.

(2) Computational fluid dynamics position: Master's in computational fluid dynamics, with good command of mainstream open-source software; applicants with experience in designing and setting up fluid dynamics wet-lab experiments are preferred.

Protein modeling position: Master's in computational biology, protein sequence analysis and evolution, capable of writing scripts/codes; applicants with background knowledge or experience in protein prediction and modeling are preferred.

(3) Being enthusiastic about space science and astrobiology is preferred.

(4) Having published research articles in Science Citation Index (SCI) journals as the first author is preferred.

(5) Good English command, in particular in reading and writing. Having given presentation(s) at international conference meetings is preferred.

(6) Must abide by the national laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of IDSSE, CAS; love doing scientific research; have a cheerful personality, a strong sense of responsibility; be innovative; be a teamplayer.

3. Terms of employment

(1) Reference position series: Experiment & technology series

(2) Reference position grade: Assistant experimentalist 1

(3) The first term of employment is 2 years (renewable depends on performance), with a probation period of 2 months, and probation salary shall be applied during the probation period.

(4) Specific wages and welfare benefits shall be implemented in reference to the guidelines provided by the Central Government, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and IDSSE, CAS. Project-based employees shall be subjected to relevant regulations issued by IDSSE, CAS.
