When: As soon as an appropriate candidate is found, they will be welcomed to complete admission and begin. We are hoping to have two posts for 2025.
 
工作地點:主要在上海復旦大學江灣校區(qū)開展工作。根據(jù)課題組研究重點,可能涉及田野調(diào)查工作(包括海外調(diào)研及博士后所在國的實地研究)。
成功入選者將加入Prof. Harder領(lǐng)銜的可持續(xù)行為研究組(SBERG)。該團隊開創(chuàng)了用于獲取地方共享價值觀(生活偏好)的全新公眾參與方法——WeValue InSitu。Prof. Harder與復旦團隊及英國布萊頓大學研究人員合作完成多項實證研究項目,相關(guān)成果推動理論創(chuàng)新,包括:
• 作為聯(lián)合首席研究員參與英國研究院1800萬英鎊抗擊發(fā)育遲緩跨學科項目,在印尼、印度和塞內(nèi)加爾開展文化特征分析與指標構(gòu)建
• 在中奧科技部合作項目中建立城市氣候變化認知概念模型
• 在英國研究院資助的沿海城鎮(zhèn)基建投資項目中完成區(qū)域特征研究
• 從本土視角評估不丹幸福鄉(xiāng)村項目的持續(xù)影響(英國研究院資助)
Where: based at Fudan University in Shanghai, China, at the beautiful Jiangwan campus. Some field work is likely, which could include overseas work and possibly some in the home country of the Fellow, subject to the team’s focus at the time.
The successful applicant will join Prof Harder’s group (SBERG: Sustainable Behaviour Research Group).
Prof Harder has developed an entirely novel approach to public engagement for eliciting local shared values (living preferences), called WeValue InSitu. With her Fudan team and University of Brighton researchers she has delivered grounded projects which she uses to inform theoretical development, including:
·         Cultural Profiling and indicators in Indonesia, India and Senegal as Co-Investigator on the £18 million UKRI Interdisciplinary Hub, “Action Against Stunting”
·         Conceptual models of urban climate change perceptions in a MOST-China project in China and Vienna
·         Locality profiles for Infrastructure Investment on a current UKRI project in UK coastal towns;
·         Legacies of Bhutan’s Happy Village project from eyes of local people (UKRI)
 
崗位職責:協(xié)助Prof. Harder深化其領(lǐng)銜的共享價值觀凝練方法(WeValue InSitu)的理論基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用拓展(詳見課題組網(wǎng)站及文獻:https://sberg.fudan.edu.cn.cn/index.htm)。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域涵蓋氣候變化適應(yīng)、城市規(guī)劃、社會影響評估、人與自然價值觀研究、可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標及ESG等,理論基礎(chǔ)涉及隱性知識、野中郁次郎SECI模型及創(chuàng)新理論(團隊成員各有側(cè)重領(lǐng)域)。
工作內(nèi)容包括以下多個方面:組織公眾參與式田野調(diào)查;掌握WeValue InSitu工作坊引導技能;數(shù)據(jù)管理;質(zhì)性數(shù)據(jù)分析;倫理申請與監(jiān)督;指導初級研究人員;設(shè)計與實施新應(yīng)用場景;撰寫并執(zhí)行基金申請;參與學術(shù)論文與正式報告的撰寫。
The Role: To assist Prof. Harder in the continued development of the underpinning theories and applications of the shared values crystallization approach she has led, named WeValue InSitu. The applications range across climate change adaptation, urban planning, social impact, nature-human values, sustainability indicators and ESG, and the underpinning theories include tacit knowledge, Nonaka’s SECI model, and innovation theory. Different team members cover different areas.
The work will include several of the following:  field work involving public engagement; learning how to facilitate the WeValue InSitu workshops; data management; qualitative data analysis; ethics applications and monitoring; supervising more junior researchers; designing and implementing new applications; writing and delivering on funding proposals; outlining and/or contributing directly to academic papers and formal reports.

The requirement: Successful applicants can come from a wide range of backgrounds, but will need to be able to explain in their application why they think they are suited to the job. A basic expectation will be that the Fellow publishes at least two papers in significant journals in 2 years.
薪酬福利:參考復旦大學全職博士后工資與福利待遇的有關(guān)規(guī)定, 包括:
1.      提供有競爭力的薪酬。全職博士后崗位年薪不低于18-20萬元,“超級博士后”崗位年薪不低于23-50萬元。
2.      繳納社會保險及公積金。
3.      提供博士后公寓。
4.      協(xié)助辦理上海市戶口。
5.      協(xié)助子女入學。
6.      享受其他教職工同等福利。

Compensation and Benefits: Salary and benefits will be offered in accordance with Fudan University’s regulations for full-time postdoctoral researchers, including:
1.    Competitive salaries: Annual salaries between *180,000-*200,000 RMB for full-time postdoctoral positions; 230,000-*500,000 RMB for Super Postdoctoral positions.
2.    Coverage of social insurance and housing fund.
3.    Provision of postdoctoral apartments.
4.    Support for Shanghai household (Hukou) registration.
6.    Support for children's school enrolment.
7.    Equal access to the benefits provided to other faculty members.
