一、實驗室簡介

“可持續(xù)農業(yè)科學與技術”實驗室旨在通過現有和新型農業(yè)生產系統(tǒng)，為不斷增長的人口提供食物、能源和纖維，以實現聯合國可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標。作為一個追求卓越的國際團隊，我們采用新技術、新方法，基于創(chuàng)新思維開展跨領域多學科合作，從（農業(yè)）生態(tài)學到人工智能、經濟學等等。實驗室一直以來都積極拓展國內及國際上的各種交流合作。目前，實驗室正在推進一個全球項目網絡，以評估不同作物生產系統(tǒng)對環(huán)境和人類的景觀層面影響。今后，實驗室將繼續(xù)致力于針對全球不同作物和地區(qū)的農業(yè)生產策略的生態(tài)、社會和經濟影響，建立一個長期而全面的圖景。

二、招聘崗位

行政助理

招聘人數：1人

崗位職責：

1） 協(xié)助實驗室日常運行（與學院及學校層面對接日常工作、組織會議、起草招聘廣告等）；

2） 管理實驗室科研經費（預算報告、日常報銷等）；

3） 協(xié)助處理PI日常事務（如住房、交通、會議等）；

4） 為團隊新成員和來訪者提供相關支持（安排住房等）；

5） 收集、整理PI及實驗室相關的各類文件；

6） 完善、維護實驗室網站；

7） PI交代的其他工作。

應聘條件：

1） 有良好的組織和時間管理能力，有項目管理經驗更佳；

2） 有會計和預算經驗，能熟練使用Excel和Word等辦公軟件；

3） 有國際學習或工作經驗，對多元文化感興趣；

4） 中、英文聽說讀寫能力較強；

5） 有網頁設計技能、熟悉國內相關科研基金申請及政策、獲得碩士或博士學位的候選人將優(yōu)先考慮；

6） 積極主動、善于溝通交流。

1. Introduction about the Lab

The ‘Sustainability, Agriculture, and Technology’ (SAT) lab aims to contribute towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by providing food, energy, and fibres sustainably in existing and new agricultural production systems. We are an international team striving for excellence, our work is global, we embrace new technologies and methods, and collaborate openly.

The lab is currently expanding a network of global projects to assess landscape-level effects of crop production systems on the environment and people. Besides comprehensive biodiversity and socioeconomic monitoring, we are interested in human health effects as a result of agricultural management and general land-use change under climate change. Ultimately, we want to develop a long-term and holistic picture of the ecological, social, and economic effect of agricultural production strategies in different crops and parts of the world.

2. Job Openings

Executive Assistant to the PI (1 Position).

1) Job Responsibilities

• Manage the lab’s daily operations (communication with the School of Engineering & University, organize meetings, prepare advertisement materials，etc.)

• Manage research funds of the lab (budget reporting, reimbursements, etc.)

• Organize affairs for the PI (e.g., housing, flights, meetings, etc.)

• Support new lab members and visitors upon arrival (organize housing, hotels, etc.)

• Prepare official materials for the PI

• Maintain the lab website

• Other tasks as assigned

2) Job Requirements

• Well organized and with excellent time management in a fast moving environment – ideally you have project management experience

• Accounting and budgeting experience; able to work well in Excel and Word

• Extended international experience and keen to work in a multi-cultural environment in China

• English and Mandarin proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking

• Proven knowledge in (web)design is an advantage

• Ideally, you are familiar with Chinese grant applications and governmental documents

• Ideally, you have a Master or PhD degree

• Be a pro-active member of the team and share ideas
