根據(jù)浙江大學(xué)國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，為提升博士后隊伍國際化水平，在國際環(huán)境中培養(yǎng)高水平創(chuàng)新型人才，浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院現(xiàn)面向全球招聘優(yōu)秀博士后研究人員，選拔資助國內(nèi)優(yōu)秀博士進(jìn)站后赴世界頂尖大學(xué)開展合作研究，同時歡迎世界頂尖大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士到我校從事博士后研究工作。
Aiming at foresting an inclusive and innovative research talent team in an intensive international ecosystem, diversifying our research team by attracting and recruiting the most talented postdoctoral researchers from around the world with the blueprint of Global ZJU Strategy: CREATE to Impact, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (ZUSM) is recruiting excellent postdoctor applicants worldwide. Considering striving to become a world-class hub of research and innovation, excellent domestic graduates are supported to go aboard as well as the top overseas university graduates are warmly welcomed to come to ZUSM for further research.
一、項目內(nèi)容 Background
項目期為2年，入選者在浙江大學(xué)和劍橋大學(xué)或斯坦福大學(xué)的雙方合作導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下開展研究工作。入選者應(yīng)根據(jù)浙江大學(xué)博士后管理工作規(guī)定完成相應(yīng)的考核，完成研究工作并達(dá)到相應(yīng)學(xué)科的博士后出站要求后辦理出站。在海外合作發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文及其他成果可認(rèn)定為出站成果，鼓勵入選者與海外高水平研究人員和合作教授聯(lián)合發(fā)表文章，第一署名單位及排名不計先后。
國內(nèi)高校畢業(yè)博士在站期間需赴劍橋大學(xué)或斯坦福大學(xué)工作至少1年，國外高校畢業(yè)博士在站期間需在浙江大學(xué)工作至少1年。
The selected candidates will be funded for two years with the commitment to carry out research work under the guidance of the cooperative supervisors of ZJU and top overseas universities. They are encouraged to jointly publish articles with professors at University of Cambridge / Stanford University. Academic papers and other achievements published together with professors at University of Cambridge / Stanford University can be regarded as the achievements of the postdoctoral program.
Candidates who graduated from domestic universities shall work at University of Cambridge / Stanford University for at least one year. Graduates from foreign universities shall work at ZJU for at least one year.
二、申請條件 Requirements
申請人須同時符合以下基本條件：
1、近三年內(nèi)獲得國內(nèi)C9高�；虻谒妮唽W(xué)科評估A+學(xué)科或海外頂尖大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
The applicants shall have a Ph.D. degree within the recent three years from domestic C9 League universities, or from A+ disciplines, or from top overseas universities.
2、身體健康，年齡不超過32周歲。
The applicants shall be no more than 32 years of age, of good moral character, and in good health.
3、有良好的學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn)及學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿�，未來有志于到浙江大學(xué)從事教學(xué)科研工作。
The applicants shall have good academic performance and great potential in scientific research, with enthusiasm in conducting research and academic as a ZJU faculty in the future.
三、工作待遇 Remuneration
1、年薪26萬起。入選者公派赴海外頂尖大學(xué)工作期間，學(xué)校從世界頂尖大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略合作計劃經(jīng)費中給予每人10-15萬元補(bǔ)充資助，學(xué)院及合作導(dǎo)師視海外頂尖大學(xué)的要求再適當(dāng)給予補(bǔ)充資助。
The full salary will be at least 260,000 RMB per year. An additional grant of 100,000～150,000 RMB will be supplied during working at University of Cambridge / Stanford University.
2、學(xué)校聯(lián)合招收博士后計劃項目入選者在資助期內(nèi)享受學(xué)校學(xué)科博士后相關(guān)福利，可申報全國博士后管理委員會相關(guān)博士后項目，同時也可以海外頂尖大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者身份申請校外資助的其他經(jīng)費。
Selected candidates will enjoy all the benefits of the common postdoctoral program at ZJU, and can apply for other fundings as the visiting scholar from University of Cambridge / Stanford University.
3、入選者在聘期內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)能力和業(yè)績表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者，出站后可申請學(xué)校"百人計劃"或特聘研究員崗位，進(jìn)入浙江大學(xué)預(yù)聘軌師資隊伍。
After completion of the program, outstanding postdoctoral fellows may apply for ZJU tenure track positions, e.g. the Hundred Talents Program or Distinguished Research Fellow positions.
