一、蘇州校區(qū)簡介

二、崗位職責

1.每學期承擔大學英語、研究生英語聽說課程。每周課時：14-16課時課堂教學+2課時課外輔導(dǎo)（45分鐘/課時）；

2.認真執(zhí)行教學大綱規(guī)定的各項教學與考核任務(wù)；

3.負責自編自選一些相關(guān)有意義實用補充教材；

4.批改作業(yè)，答疑學生相關(guān)問題；

5.積極配合參加英語語言教學的第二課堂的活動；

6.遵守教研組的各項規(guī)章制度。

三、應(yīng)聘條件

1.熱愛高等教育事業(yè)，遵紀守法，思想品德端正，工作作風嚴謹，具有良好的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)素質(zhì)、溝通能力和團隊合作精神；

2.身體健康，年齡應(yīng)當在55周歲以下；

3.母語或第一語言為英語，自英美加澳新等國家；

4.具有英語語言文學、對外英語教學或語言學等相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學位；

5.至少要有2年對外英語教學工作經(jīng)驗（須出具正式證明材料），具有CLT、TESOL/EFL的證書優(yōu)先考慮；

6.現(xiàn)居地在中國的優(yōu)先考慮。

四、薪酬待遇

1.工資12000元/月（稅前）,合同期限：一年（12個月，合同期滿可續(xù)簽）；

2.協(xié)助公共英語教研組負責人，組織安排教學與考核和開展與教學相關(guān)的語言與文化活動，則發(fā)放人民幣1000元/月（與工資合并計稅）;

3.根據(jù)教學評估成績和聘期考核結(jié)果，每年發(fā)放15000-16000元（稅前）教學獎勵;

4.暑假(7、8月)帶薪休假約8周，寒假(1、2月)帶薪休假約4周；

5.為教師購買醫(yī)療險及意外傷害保險；

6.經(jīng)聘期考核合格，根據(jù)考核結(jié)果等次續(xù)聘時薪酬合理上調(diào)；

7.中國境內(nèi)簽證辦理費用（限每人每年一次）；

I. Introduction to Suzhou Campus, RUC

Suzhou Campus of Renmin University of China was officially established in September,2012. It is an important part and new growth point of Renmin University's overall development. It is an experimental base for exploring Sino-foreign cooperation in running colleges and cultivating high-end talents internationally. It is the base for expansion and promotion of the advantageous disciplines of Renmin University.

The Suzhou campus is currently in charge of the administration of International College, Sino-French College and Silk Road College. II. Job Description

1. Teach English listening and speaking courses for undergraduates and graduates every semester. Weekly class hours: 14-16 class hours of teaching in classroom + 2 class hours of extracurricular tutoring (45 minutes/class hour);

2. Fulfill teaching and assessment tasks specified in the syllabus conscientiously;

3. Edit and select some practical supplementary teaching materials relevant to the course;

4. Mark homework and answer students' related questions;

5. Participate actively in the second-classroom activity of English practice;

6. Comply with the rules and regulations of the Teaching and Research Group.

III. Requirements

1. Passionate for higher education, abide by laws and regulations, work rigorously with good professional ethics, communication skills and teamwork spirit;

2. Healthy body and under 55 years old.

3. The mother tongue or first language is English, from countries including Britain, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand;

4. Master’s degree or above in English language and literature, teaching English to speakers of other languages or related disciplines such as linguistics, literature etc.;

5. At least 2 years of working experience in teaching English as a foreign language (formal certification materials are required). Those who have CLT, TESOL/EFL certificates are preferred;

6. Current residence in China is preferred.

Ⅳ. Remunerations

1. The salary is 1, 2000 yuan/month (before tax), Contract period: one year (12 months, the contract can be renewed);

2. 1,000yuan/month more will be paid (before tax) if you assist the teaching director with arrangement of teaching, assessment or cultural activities;

3. Teaching bonuses of 15,000 -16,000yuan (before tax) according to the teaching evaluation and teaching assessments every academic year;

4. Summer vacation with pay (July and August) for about 8 weeks, winter vacation with pay (January and February) for about 4 weeks;

5. Medical insurance and accident insurance;

6. Reasonable salary increase for renewal according to the assessment results of last term;

7. Visa fee in China (once per person per year);
