為滿足我校外語教學的需要，提高外語教學質(zhì)量，現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘優(yōu)秀語言類外籍教師，具體如下：To meet foreign language teaching needs, and improve foreign languge teaching quality, Hunan Agricutural University is looking for excellent foreign language teachers at home and abroad.
一、招聘崗位(Post)
合同制的全職英語及日語語言類外籍教師。
Full time English and Japanese language foreign teachers.
二、基本條件(Job Requiremets)
1.外籍教師所教授語種應為其母語。The foreign teacher should be native speaker of related teaching course.
2.具有本科及以上學歷。Bachelor’s degree or higher is needed.
3.年齡50周歲以下，身心健康，具有良好的團隊合作精神，熱愛教學工作。Less than 50 year-old, sound in body and mind, good team working spirit and love teaching work.
4.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī)，在其原居住國內(nèi)無法律糾紛，無犯罪記錄（須出具正式證明材料）。Comply with laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and the foreign teacher should have no legal dispute and no criminal record in his/her original residence.
三、工作要求 (Job Descriptions)
1.工作地點：中國湖南省長沙市湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學。Working Place: Hunan Agricutural University, Changsha City, Hunan Province, P.R.China.
2.教學任務：擔任口語、聽力、寫作、母語國家本土文化等課程的教學，每學年需完成640個學時的教學工作量。
Working Task : Teach speaking,  reading & writing, and related native culture etc. The workload is 640 hours per school year.
3.工作時長：每年10個月。Working Time: 10 months per year.
四、薪資及福利(Salary and Benefits)
1.根據(jù)外籍教師的學歷、相關工作資歷等條件，新聘語言類外籍教師的薪資標準為每月5700元-6000元，發(fā)放10個月工資；完成教學任務考核良好及以上者，增發(fā)2個月的工資作為年度獎。A monthly salary rangs from 5700 to 6000 RMB (for 10 months), commensurate with educational background and teaching experience. After the foreign teacher has fulfilled expected workload for the teaching plan and at least get “Moderately satisfied” on the evaluation, then, he/she can still get extra two months’ pay as annual bonus.
2.湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學為簽訂聘用合同的外籍教師購買《團體短期健康保險》和《團體意外傷害保險》。The university will purchase Group Short-term Health Insurance and Group Accident Bodily Injury Insurance  for the foreign teacher.
3.湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學為外籍教師提供免費校內(nèi)公寓及必需的家具和家電，每年3600元的水電補貼。The university will provide free campus apartment and necessary furnishings, electronic appliances, also 3600 RMB water and electricity subsidies
4.一年合同期內(nèi)，湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學為外籍教師報銷一次人民幣8000元以內(nèi)的最直接路線的國際往返機票（限經(jīng)濟艙）及提供2200元的旅游補貼。In the one year contract period, the university will provide airfare reimbursement (no more than 8000 RMB), and 2200 RMB travel allowance.
