Description
The Institut des Sciences de la Terre at Grenoble (ISTerre/UGA), France is opening a Post-Doc position in the framework of the ERC project F-IMAGE.
The theme is the simultaneous analysis of seismological and geodetic data, more precisely with the use of representation and clustering techniques, which could be complemented by numerical simulations. The methods will be tested in situations where geodetic signals are unambiguous. Subsequently, it will be aimed at the detection of transient deformations of low amplitudes.

REQUIRED LANGUAGES
ENGLISH: Excellent
Skills/Qualifications
The candidate is expected to have expertise in geodesy (cGPS) and seismology. Knowledge of artificial intelligence techniques would be appreciated, as well as knowledge of deformation simulation.
