Postdoctoral Researcher in Mathematics
University of Southern Denmark offers a postdoctoral position for two years in the context of a EU-FP7 project on Topological Data Analysis.
The ideal candidate has extensive background in topology and combinatorics and preferably postdoctoral experience.
The candidate should work independently and work on bijective proofs and Hopf-algebras of certain cell-complexes. Fatgraphs and genus recursions as well as multicellular maps are the context of the project the candidate will be working on. We have here a motivated team and great work environment as well as many international partners. The position starts 1 September 2013.
